How it works

A record that finally holds together

Your pet's health has always been recorded in fragments — a little in each clinic, a lot in your head, and nothing joining them. OurPack keeps one record for their whole life, and reasons over all of it.

A woman turns her phone so her veterinarian can read it, while her black curly-coated spaniel stands calmly on the consulting table between them.
The visit starts from the record, not from memory.

The loop

Four steps, running quietly

Step One

You talk. It listens.

No forms. You say what you noticed — by voice or text, in whatever words you use — and the structured detail is pulled out in the background. This is the part everything else depends on, because an owner who has to fill in a form stops filling in forms, and a record that stops is not a record.

Step Two

It connects to what came before.

Every observation lands on one timeline alongside visits, documents, medications, weights and device signals. Nothing you add is an isolated note — it is context for everything that follows.

Step Three

It reasons over the whole record.

Not a search of the open web. A reading of your animal, permission-scoped to their own history, answering in terms of that animal. A pattern across eight weeks is the kind of thing no single appointment can see.

Step Four

Your vet gets the whole picture — free.

You walk in holding a summary they can actually use, and the visit starts from the truth instead of from memory. Your vet scans the QR code on it, verifies their licence once, and — when you grant access — reads the whole record at no cost to them, ever. When your pet sees someone new, the record travels with them.

What you get

Four pillars, one system

Care PlansFree, always

Everything that should happen, and the plan you build to make it happen.

The whole specification of what a healthy life needs, the education behind every recommendation, and your own choices about what goes in and how often — for every animal in your pack, with no cap on how many.

Data & Life Tracking

Everything observed and measured between visits.

Weight, food and water, activity and rest, wearable signals and the small things you notice. One observation says what something is; a sequence says whether it is getting better, worse or the same.

Vet Communication

Everything that moves between you and a veterinarian.

Vet-ready summaries you walk in holding, secure messaging, and vet-directed care for one condition at a time — a Managed Vet Case.

Health Records

Everything that has happened, in one place, portable and exportable.

Visits, documents, medications, vaccinations and history — owned by you and carried to every practice your animal ever sees.

Care Plans are free for everyone, always — including on the paid plans, on top of everything else. A membership adds the other three. A reasoning layer runs over all four, reading your animal's own history rather than the open web, and answering in terms of that animal.

What connects

The record, not the appointment

OurPack is not a clinic and does not replace one. Care still happens where care happens — your own vet, a specialist, an emergency hospital. What we carry is what each of them learned, to all the others.

That distinction matters when you are choosing. A wellness visit, a specialist referral and an after-hours call are not things you do “in” OurPack. They are things that stop starting from zero.

It is free for your vet. Completely.

There is no veterinary subscription, no per-visit fee and no charge of any kind on their side — the membership you pay for is the only revenue we take, and we never take a share of what your vet charges you.

They scan the QR code on your summary, verify their veterinary licence once, and then read the record whenever you have granted them access. For a verified veterinary account the reasoning layer also works as clinical decision support on their side — ranked differentials with the reasoning shown, and suggested workups. That is for them, as licensed professionals; it is never what you are shown.

You control the grant. You are told who is asking, you decide, and you can withdraw it later. A vet scanning the code does not get your pet's record until you say so.

Where it stops

What OurPack will never do

Never diagnose

It organises, surfaces and explains. Naming what is wrong with an animal is a veterinarian's job and stays one.

Never grade your vet

We manage and surface their direction. We do not second-guess it, score it, or offer you an alternative to it.

Never tell you not to go

Triage answers how fast, never whether. There is no path through this product that ends in “you probably don't need a vet”.

Your record belongs to you. Not to us, and not to a clinic. You can export it or delete it, and it follows your animal to any practice they ever see.
